About Fedup-Mother

Hello and welcome from a Fedup mother! No, I am not about to rant about children, motherhood and so on, but to talk about food intolerances brought about by additives, chemicals and even natural elements that can cause all kinds of things in kids.

This site is really about using Sue Dengate’s food intolerances book and diet, Fedup, which proposes ways to identify food intolerances that cause health and behaviour issues in kids and grown-ups.

Here is the link to the food intolerance network, that has all the facts. This blog is mostly about its application.

Along the way, there are other things I am fedup about, and occasionally may rant about, but they will be mostly related to rearing kids and teenagers, so I hope this will help someone.  Feel free to subscribe, and ask to be a contributor, if you are a fedup mum or dad.

The content here is mostly recipes, links to useful information and the occasional rant about other matters.

If you want to know how I got this really cool blog and website, Red Hat’s OpenShift has made it really easy to set up and create a WordPress Blog like this one. If a fedup mother can do it, so can you!
